This is the class you can expect to be challenged in all regards, with combos that require increasing levels of strength as well as flexibility. In this class you will continue exploring dynamics, including more advanced elements such as flips of the Aerial hoop.

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We totally understand that life happens, and we'll always do our best to be as fair and accommodating as possible while keeping things running smoothly for everyone. • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will unfortunately result in the loss of that class credit. • Rescheduling: You're welcome to reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the start time. Changes made within 24 hours won't be possible, and the class credit will be forfeited. • Medical Exceptions: If you're unwell or have a medical emergency, we completely understand. With a valid medical certificate, we're happy to recredit sessions cancelled within 24 hours. • Non-Transferable Credits: Please note that all class credits and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased or booked them.
