In Intermediate Aerial Hoop we will start exploring the exciting world of dynamics, including things like drops, rolls & re-grips. We will focus on elements requiring more flexibility and increasing the length and intensity of class combos.

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We totally understand that life happens, and we'll always do our best to be as fair and accommodating as possible while keeping things running smoothly for everyone. • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will unfortunately result in the loss of that class credit. • Rescheduling: You're welcome to reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the start time. Changes made within 24 hours won't be possible, and the class credit will be forfeited. • Medical Exceptions: If you're unwell or have a medical emergency, we completely understand. With a valid medical certificate, we're happy to recredit sessions cancelled within 24 hours. • Non-Transferable Credits: Please note that all class credits and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased or booked them.
